Getting started
How do I scan a product?
Open Dupli, tap the scan button, and point your camera at the front of any beauty, skincare, or fragrance product. Hold steady until the label is detected. Good lighting helps.
Why didn't I get a result?
We may not have that product in our database yet, or the label may be hard to read. Try a clearer angle or scan the back-of-pack ingredients.
Subscription & billing
How do I manage or cancel my Dupli Pro subscription?
Dupli Pro is billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Dupli, then Cancel Subscription.
You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account & data
How do I delete my account?
Email support@trydupli.com from the address tied to your account and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
