Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Dupli. By downloading, accessing, or using the Dupli mobile application (the "App") or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.

1. The Service

Dupli helps you scan beauty, skincare, and fragrance products to find comparable alternatives ("dupes") based on publicly available product and ingredient data. Results are informational and are not medical, dermatological, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dupli. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Subscriptions — Dupli Pro

Dupli offers an auto-renewable subscription called Dupli Pro with the following options:

• Dupli Pro — Monthly: 1-month auto-renewing subscription. Price: $7.99 USD per month.
• Dupli Pro — Annual: 12-month auto-renewing subscription. Price: $39.99 USD per year (approximately $3.33 per month).

How auto-renewal works

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App on Apple devices is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where the two conflict, the stricter requirement applies.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App.
• Do not use Dupli to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to scrape or harvest data from the service.

6. Disclaimers

Product matches, ingredient comparisons, and prices are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Always check labels yourself and consult a professional for medical or skin-sensitivity concerns. Dupli is not affiliated with the brands shown in the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dupli and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
